UPDATE: Just wanted to say thank you to the artist that has somewhat fixed the issue, the proper credit is still not there but it has some kind of credit which is better than nothing.

Hello I am coming here because an artist I used to be very close to and used to support stole my character that was a custom redesign design with some of my ideas slapped on. She made it for me and I have proof of messages.

User/artist in question will not be named. But if you wish to know and see the proof, message me.

However, after i was going through some stuff she did not like it and removed me and blocked me. she was always toxic to me when I was trying to support her, she would just vent a lot about other people and her husband/bf. She would call people that buy her art the B word and more.

Any case after she blocked me, she removed my credit from my character and listed it in her OC folder, she posted on her account just because an artist can draw a character does not make it there's, and no they should NOT reuse lines and the same character! it's NOT their character, this is wrong! she never asked for him, she never asked to share him! She flat out stole him and blocked me, I tried to use another account when I found out to message her and asked her to credit me probably and why she removed it in the first place and messaged on the character itself and she hid it. I tried to do this the grown up, kind way but she blocked and disabled comments to hide.

Now she has posted stuff on her wall which is just flat out lies and BS. I am so stressed out, how artists can do this and just get away with it, its unfair and not right.

she says its her personal pierce this is a lie it was made for me and i was willing to pay. SHE SAID NO she just needed someone to be there and someone to talk to which i gave her happily. BUT I spent money on her, I have bought bases for her, I have bought her adopts, art and more. And also, the bases shes using I gave her and shes been making money off me/them!

She really liked him so much she wanted to make outfits for him, instead we did the full body on stream so i could work with her and watch her while she made him for me.

This is how the idea started from an adopt she made but i had the idea. He was just a headshot at first. a REDESIGN OF MY OLD CHARACTER VEN, where i got full body idea too.
